If you’re building or renovating, we help you tender to the right builders or trades team which may be a trusted contractor known to us or your preferred trades.
And because you’ll have a fully documented, scope the builders can quote accurately and not base their pricing on the most entry level finishes causing a shock when the actual ones are chosen.
We are able to speak their language and make sure the design intent is carried through in the build.
Orders, Deliveries and Lead Times — ALL Handled
We manage the procurement process from start to finish — ordering, confirming, tracking and troubleshooting. So you won’t be chasing suppliers or wondering if the dining table will arrive before move in date.
As part of our full service, you can expect clear timelines and a structured resolution capability.
Coordination of Trades, Schedules and the Site
If you’ve ever organised a renovation yourself, you know how hard it is to line up trades and keep things moving.
We take care of this for you, liaising with builders, joiners, electricians, curtain makers and many more.
Our involvement keeps things on track and ensures every detail is implemented exactly as designed.
