Initial Consultation

All new projects begin with an on-site consultation.

The initial consultation is up to 2 hours for which we charge $500.00 +gst. At this meeting we will discuss your individual requirements, lifestyle, preferred style, time frame and budget. We will provide you with valuable and expert guidance, plus some initial ideas and information to get your project started. While we work on projects of all sizes, our minimum design fee is $5,000.00 for a full service project.

You will then receive a detailed design proposal outlining our fees, the stages of the process, estimated timeline and our terms and conditions.
