A design and specify project for a Kitchen, Shower room and Laundry in Shellcove Road, Neutral Bay.

We designed fresh, modern spaces for a young, busy family who required refurbished, streamline spaces with lots of storage, texture and neutral tones for their Federation home. Completed 2022.

For this project, we initially designed layout options and mood boards for each space. Post confirmation of preferred selections, we provided detailed floor plans, elevations and renders, as well as specification documents, material samples and documentation for the client to obtain estimates from builders and trades.
